| The BR/carbon black/organomontmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composite was prepared by solution intercalating and two-roll mixing methods,and its micro-structure and properties were investigated.The results showed that the BR/carbon black/OMMT composite was an intercalated nano-composite.By using OMMT to replace the equal amount of carbon black,the Mooney viscosity was decreased,the processability and the vulcanization rate were improved;in addition,the tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break were significantly increased when the addition level of OMMT was within 4 phr. |
