| A dough-molding compound(DMC)/silica/MVQ composite was prepared by mechanical blending method，and the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that the DMC/silica/MVQ composite possessed good physical properties and hot air aging property；the optimized formulation was as follows：MVQ 100，DMC 70，silica 30，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 2，antioxidant D 1，ferric oxide 2，curing agent DCP 6，sulfur 1，accelerator M 1；the proper curing condition was 170 ℃/10 MPa×30 min.It was found by polarization microscope that the compatibility between the DMC and MVQ was good. |
