| A SBR/high impact polystyrene（HIPS） thermoplastic vulcanizate（TPV） was prepared by dynamic vulcanization，and its properties were investigated.The results showed that，when the blending ratio of SBR/HIPS was higher than 60/40，the SBR/HIPS TPV displayed typical stress-strain behavior of an elastomer；when the blending ratio of SBR/HIPS was 60/40～70/30，the hardness of SBR/HIPS TPV was suitable，and the comprehensive physical properties were good.It was found by SEM that the strip-like SBR was uniformly dispersed in the HIPS matrix，and the interfacial adhesion between SBR and HIPS was good. |
