Abstract: |
The surface of silver coated aluminum powder was modified by silane coupling agents and the effects of addition level of the silver coated aluminum powder on the properties of silver coated aluminum powder/silicone rubber conductive composites were investigated. The results showed that, when the silver coated aluminum powder was modified by silane coupling agent A-171,A-172 or A-187,the composites couldn’t be crosslinked, while being modified by silane coupling agent A-137 and A-151,the composites could be cured. The modifying effect of A-151 was better, and the optimum addition level of A-151 was 15 phr.As the addition level of the silver coated aluminum powder increased, the tensile strength, elongation at break and volume resistivity of composites decreased, and the percolation threshold was observed. The optimum addition level of silver coated aluminum powder for high-conductive composite was 280 phr. |
