| Based on the characteristics of tire tread pattern structure，an image design system of the tire tread pattern based on reverse engineering technology was developed by use of computer vision technique and Matlab software，after analyzing the reconstruction principle and algorithm of three dimensional shape from shading，which included image acquisition，image processing，coordinate transformation and functional expressing for the shape of object restoration.Then these functions were programmed using the Matlab 7.0 language code to achieve the unity for hardware and software systems. |
