| The effects of dynamic tension fatigue on the structures and physical properties of unfilled SBR compound and silica-filled SBR compound were investigated.The results showed that the cross-link density of SBR compounds decreased as the number of tension fatigue cycles increased,the cross-link density of silica-filled SBR compound was bigger than that of unfilled SBR compound;the conjugated diene structure was generated at the molecular chain-ends after tension fatigue;when the number of tension fatigue cycles increased,the physical properties of unfilled SBR compound and silica-filled SBR compound increased at first and then decreased;after tension fatigue,the elastic modulus of SBR compounds decreased and the tanδ value in rubbery temperature region increased. |
