Abstract:
      The surface of nano-titanium nitride was modified by methyl methacrylate(MMA)-butyl acrylate(BA)-glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) terpolymer,and the modified nano-titanium nitride/acrylate rubber(ACM) composite was prepared,and then the effects of the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride on the properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that as the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride increased,the physical properties,hot air aging properties,oil resistance and wear resistance increased first and then decreased;the modified nano-titanium nitride had little effect on the high temperature stability of the composite,but could improve the dynamic mechanical properties;when the addition level of modified nano-titanium nitride was 0.6 ~ 1 phr,the composite possessed better comprehensive properties.
