| The surface of silica was modified by polydimethyl diallylammonium chloride，and the modified silica/NR nanocomposite was prepared，and its microstructure and physical properties were investigated.The results showed that modified silica was uniformly dispersed in nature rubber latex；it was found by SEM that there was sea-island structure without clear phase boundary in silica/NR nanocomposite；compared with NR compound，the physical properties of modified silica/NR nanocomposite increased significantly；as the addition level of modified silica increased，the physical properties of modified silica/NR nanocomposite increased first and then decreased；when the addition level of modified silica was 5.3 phr，the composite possessed better comprehensive physical properties. |
