| The N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide neodymium complex was synthesized with accelerator CZ as ligand,and its application in NR/SBR blend was investigated.It was confirmed by element analysis and infra-red spectroscopy analysis that,the composition of the rare earth complex was Nd(CZ)Cl3·Nd(OH)Cl2·H2O. The rare earth complex had a delay characteristic of sulfonamide accelerators and was suitable for vulcanization of thick-walled rubber goods;after heat aging,the Shore A hardness,the modulus at 300% elongation and tear strength of vulcanizate were increased,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tensile set at break of vulcanizate were decreased;the rolling resistance and the heat build-up of tread compound with the rare earth complex could be decreased. |
