| Abstract: |
| The mixing behavior of shearing-meshing rotor in internal mixer was introduced,and compared to that of 4-wing synchronous rotor and conventional meshing rotor at different filling factor,rotor speed,ram force and cooling water temperature.The results showed that,the mixer had an optimal filling factor;the shearing-meshing rotor had better mixing efficiency at same rotor speed(≤150 r·min-1) and ram force,and gave the compound better dispersibility of carbon black at same cooling water temperature. |
