| The structure and properties of hindered amine/TPU composites were studied.The results showed that the hindered amine GW-622 was uniformly dispersed in the composites，while a few hindered amine GW-944 agglomerates existed；as the addition level of hindered amine increased，damping property of the composites in high temperature range improved significantly；tensile strength of the composites was decreased significantly compared with that of TPU. |
