| The FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites were prepared by adding PTFE powder into FKM/carbon black composites，and their properties were investigated. The results showed that，by partly replacing carbon black with PTFE，the tensile strength，elongation at break and tear strength of FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites improved obviously，the abrasion resistance increased，the compression set decreased and the brittle point reduced，but the low temperature resilience became poor.The thermal stability of FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites decreased， the thermal weight loss peak of FKM occured at 452 ℃，and that of PTFE was at 551 ℃. |
