| The graft copolymer of EPDM-methyl methacrylate（MMA）-styrene（St）（EPDM-g-MS） was prepared by grafting method in solution.The results showed that when reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and reaction time was 20 h，the optimized preparation condition of EPDM-g-MS was as follows：mass ratio of BPO in reactant（EPDM and MMA-St comonomer） 1%；mass fraction of reactant 0.2；the volume fraction of toluene in solvent（toluene and n-heptane） 0.75；mass ratio of EPDM/MMA-St comonomer 50/50；mass ratio of MMA in MMA-St comonomer 85%.Under this condition，the monomer conversion，graft ratio and graft efficiency were 80.1%，55.1% and 69.5% respectively. |
