| A submicrometer-graphite/HNBR composite was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the effects of the addition level of submicrometer-graphite on the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that the addition level of submicrometer-graphite had little effect on the curing behavior of the composite;the Shore A hardness of the composite changed a little,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength decreased,and the abrasion loss increased at first and then decreased as the addition level of submicrometer-graphite increased;the friction coefficient of this material decreased significantly when 40 phr submicrometer-graphite was used. |
