| The influence of pre-dipped methods on the adhesion of polyester cord to rubber was investigated.The results showed that the polyester cord which was pre-dipped with the water-soluble epoxy resin and PA or SnCl2，and then treated with RFL had a 7~12 N higher H pull-out value than that only treated with RFL；FTIR analysis showed，the epoxy resin as the intermediary reacted with the surface of polyester cord and RFL layer；the coverage of pre-dipped polyester cord after pulled out was higher，and the adhesive strength was increased. |
