| A starch/carbon black/SBR composite was prepared by direct mixing technique，and its properties were investigated.The results showed that，as the addition level of starch increased， the Shore A hardness，modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength of the starch/carbon black/SBR composite decreased，the elongation at break，tensile set at break and Akron abrasion loss increased，the tear strength increased at first and then decreased，the rolling resistance and heat build-up decreased，and the wet skid resistance increased. |
