| Abstract: |
| The FE models for the synchronous and asynchronous rotors in mixer were established by considering 6 and 3 planes along the field circle respectively.The results showed that the FE model of synchronous rotor could be divided in two circles,which could increase compound dispersity;the FE model of asynchronous rotor showed more whirlpools in the intermeshing part,and some turbulent flow at 1/3 circle,which could help to improve the compound dispersity in corresponding area. |
