| The effect of the addition levels of methacrylic acid(MAA)，magnesium hydroxide［Mg(OH)2］ and curing agent DCP on the properties of EPDM vulcanizate was experimentally investigated.The results showed that better physical properties and flame retardance of EPDM vulcanizate could be obtained when 5 phr of MAA，200 phr of Mg(OH)2 and 0.5 phr of curing agent DCP were used.It was found by SEM that the interaction between Mg(OH)2 and EPDM was improved by adding MAA. |
