| The effect of accelerator lanthanum O,O′-diisopropyldithiophosphate(LaDiPDP) on the curing behavior of NR compound was experimentally investigated and compared to those of ordinary accelerators.The results showed that the sulfur/LaDiPDP curing stytem obviously improved the vulcanization rate and anti-reversion property of NR compound;the curing rate and curing state were increased as the addition level of LaDiPDP increased;the curing temperature could be enhanced up to 160 ℃.Compared to ordinary accelerators BZ,TMTD,DM and NOBS,LaDiPDP featured a moderate curing rate and better anti-reversion property. |
