| The steam/nitrogen vulcanization of tire was theoretically analyzed by variable mass thermodynamics system.The bladder system was thermodynamically analyzed based on the law of conservation of energy and the law of conservation of mass,a mathematic model was established with certain assumed conditions to describe the status of thermodynamics system of bladder,and the mathematic models at different stages were obtained based on different boundary conditions to simulate the steam/nitrogen vulcanization of tire. |
