| The structure and properties of NR/montmorillonite (MMT) nano-composite prepared with absorptive accelerator NMBS were experimentally investigated and compared to those with normal accelerator.The results showed that the activation energy of compound decreased by adding NMBS into NR/MMT or organomontmorillonite (OMMT)，in contrast，the activation energy increased significantly by adding accelerator CZ.The galleries between layers of OMMT in vulcanizate were the same by adding 8 phr OMMT in NR compound with NMBS or CZ；and the crosslink density of the vulcanizate with NMBS increased and its comprehensive physical properties also improved，but the crosslink density and physical properties of the vulcanizate with CZ changed little. |
