| The structure and properties of NR/montmorillonite (MMT) nano-composite prepared with absorptive accelerator NMBS were experimentally investigated and compared to those with normal accelerator.The results showed that the activation energy of compound decreased by adding NMBS into NR/MMT or organomontmorillonite (OMMT),in contrast,the activation energy increased significantly by adding accelerator CZ.The galleries between layers of OMMT in vulcanizate were the same by adding 8 phr OMMT in NR compound with NMBS or CZ;and the crosslink density of the vulcanizate with NMBS increased and its comprehensive physical properties also improved,but the crosslink density and physical properties of the vulcanizate with CZ changed little. |
