| Abstract: |
| The curing behavior and physical properties of carboxylated NBR (XNBR) were investigated.The results showed that the high carboxylated NBR featured high hardness，tensile strength and modulus，good abrasion resistance，but greater permanent set and poorer processing safety；the low carboxylated NBR had similar physical properties and process to those of NBR；the stearic acid was not an effective scorch retardant for high carboxylated NBR；and the silica had a delayed action on co crosslinking of XNBR. |
