| The effect of silane coupling agent KH-550 on curing behavior,dynamic properties and compression modulus of IIR/black N220/silica nano-composite was investigated.It was indicated by SEM that the bond between rubber molecule and silica was strengthened by silane coupling agent KH-550.The test results showed that MH of nano-composite increased,t10 reduced and t90 extended by adding KH-550;the optimum physical properties of nano-composite were obtained,its tanδ lowered and E′ and E″ increased when 3 phr of HK-550 was used;and the compression modulus of nano-composite increased as the addition level of KH-550 raised. |
