| The structure and properties of NR/BR/NBR blend were investigated.It was found through the analysis by TEM that as the proportion of NBR increased,the distribution of carbon black tended to more even;two glass transition temperatures existed in the blend;the tanδat 0 ℃ increased greatly and the tanδat 65 and 80 ℃ decreased at first and then increased in a small range;and the physical properties of blend changed little.A new type of tread compound based on NR/BR/NBR with good wet traction,low rolling resistance and low heat build-up could be obtained by adjusting the proportion of NBR in the blend. |
