| Abstract: |
| The influence of the IIR/CIIR blending ratio,the filler type and loading level and the softner level on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the IIR/CIIR blending ratio had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate and the better comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanizate were obtained when the IIR/CIIR blending ratio was 80/20;the filler type and loading level also had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate,the peak tanδ of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate increased by using coarse black and the peak tanδ decreased significantly as the loading level of carbon black increased;and the softner had an effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate to an extent. |
