| Abstract: |
| The acrylic acid-grafted SBR (SBR-g-AA) latex was synthesised with oxidation-reduction initiating system at the room temperature in the presence of air.The affecting factors on the graft yield R,the structure of grafted latex and the physical properties of PA-6/SBR-g-AA latex were investigated.The test results showed that the order of the affecting factors on R were as follows:content of initiator (tert-butyl hydroperoxide or tetraethylene pentamine)>content of acrylic acid>reaction period;the particle size of SBR-g-AA latex increased a little,and its distribution became wider;SBR-g-AA latex could be used to improve the impact strength and tensile strength of PA-6. |
