| Abstract: |
| The structure morphology of nano-ZnO and its processibility，curing characteristics and dispersity in BR compound were investigated.The results showed that the nano-ZnO compound gave lower Mooney viscosity，shorter scorch time and optimum cure time when compared to the conventional ZnO compound；the nano-ZnO was easily incorporated and subject to sticking-to-mill roll during mixing on mill；and the half of nano-ZnO gave the same curing characteristics as conventional ZnO. |
