| A wavy cylinder dust cap for hydraulic brake system in Santana has been developed.The formula of cap is as follows：EPDM(propylene content 40%～50%) 100；zinc oxide 5.0；stearate 0.5；antioxidant A 1.0；antioxidant D 0.5；black N754 65；petroleum wax 8.0；plasticizer DOP 4.0；DCP +CZ+TETD +sulfur 3.7.The first step vulcanization of the product is carried out on a curing press at the temperature of 178 ℃ for 8 min；and the second step vulcanization is carried out in a hot air oven at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 2 h. |
