| Abstract: |
| An edge-cut V-belt has been produced with a new technology including whole building-up at constant tension，autoclave cure with rubber sleeve and cutting after cure. An imported hard polyester cord is used in the carcass，and CR and 20～30 phr of cotton short fibre are used in the bottom rubber. The performance of the product is in accordance with the standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry HG4—401—74 and Janpanese standard JASO E107—82. The new technology features constant quality of belt，high productivity and flexible production. |
