| It was shown in this paper that the power-law existed between the die swell ratio B and the exit pressure drop ΔPexit of the rubber mix during flowing in the extruder die.The Δ Pexit values of two rubber mixes during capillary extrusion were predicted using the mathematic model proposed in the previous paper.The result showed that the proportion β of Δ Pexit to the end pressure drop Δ Pend decreased as the shear ratio increased，the average value of β was 15%-18%. |
