| A mathematic model for calculating the heat transfer during the vulcanization of tyre casing was established by making the differential equation of the stable heat transfer of one-dimension sheet simultaneous with that of the unstable heat transfer of one-dimension sheet in Fourier heat transfer equation based on the fact that the heat transfer during the vulcanization of tyre casing involed in the heat transfer of one-dimension sheet and the temperatures of heated mould were different.The model proved primarily with the measured temperature data during the vulcanization.A calculating method of the vulcanizing conditions was proposed by the said model combined with Arrhenius equation. |
