      应用ANSYS软件对NR/炭黑混炼胶的平入口收敛流动进行二维有限元模拟。分析了在不同初始速度(v0)下流道内速度分布、延伸速率、剪切速率以及流体自然收敛角的变化。结果显示,流体自然收敛半角随着v0的增大而减小;剪切速率则随着v0的增大而呈非线性提高;延伸速率于入口处达到最大值。
英文摘要:
      The 2D finite element simulation for the converging flow of NR/carbon black mix at planar entrance was made by ANSYS software.The influence of the initial speed(v0) on the speed distribution in runner,the extension rate,the shear rate and the natural coverging angle of fluid was investigated.The results showed that the natural converging half angle of fluid reduced and the shear rate increased non-linearly with the increase of v0;and the highest extension rate was obtained at the entrance.
