      为获得性能良好的橡胶动密封件,本文运用机械共混法制备三元乙丙橡胶(%20EPDM),研究过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量对EPDM橡胶的硫化时间、硬度、拉伸性能及润湿性能的影响。结果表明,随着DCP用量增加,EPDM橡胶硫化时间呈减小趋势。EPDM橡胶的硬度、抗拉强度、断裂强度以及润湿角随DCP用量的增加均呈先上升后下降的趋势。在DCP用量为3phr时,EPDM橡胶的%20综合力学性能最好,与水的亲和能力最弱。

      In order to obtain perfect properties of dynamic seals, Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer (EPDM) was prepared by mechanical blending, and the effects of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) content on the curing time, hardness, tensile property and wettability of EPDM were investigated. The results showed that with the increasement of DCP content in EPDM, the curing time of EPDM decreased. The properties of hardness, tensile strength, fracture strength and wetting angle of EPDM first increased and then decreased with increasing of DCP content in EPDM. EPDM showed the best mechanical properties and the worse affinity to water at the DCP content of 3phr.
