      摘要:本文主要研究了不同牌号的碳黑对氯丁橡胶硫化胶料物理机械性能的影响以及不同牌号的碳黑在氯丁橡胶与黄铜粘合中的应用。通过研究发现:采用碳黑N330或者碳黑N550时能够得到具有良好物理机械性能的硫化胶料。无论是物理粘合法还是化学粘合法,采用碳黑N550的配方其初始抽出力、耐老化抽出力以及耐水腐蚀后抽出力均最大。

      Abstract: This paper mainly studies the influence of different grades of carbon black on the physical and mechanical properties of chloroprene rubber vulcanizate, and the application of different grades of carbon black in the adhesion between neoprene and brass. It is found that the vulcanizate with good physical and mechanical properties can be obtained when carbon black N330 or carbon black N550 are used. Both physical bonding and chemical bonding, using carbon black N550 formula of the initial pull force and resistance to aging pull force and pull force are the biggest after water corrosion.
