      通过标准试样研究了金属表面处理工艺、胶黏剂类型、硫化工艺对橡胶减震件橡胶-金属粘接性能的影响,并将试验结果应用在橡胶支座产品上。结果表明,新工艺生产的橡胶支座橡胶-金属间的粘接破坏模式达到了100%橡胶破坏(100%R),解决了橡胶支座存在的橡胶-金属之间的开裂问题,提高了橡胶支座的粘接性能及粘接系统耐久性。

      In the present work, the influence factors of the rubber-to-metal bonding properties were studied using the standard samples, as the process of metal surface treatment, the type of bonding agents and the vulcanization process. Then, the test results were applied to the rubber bearings. The failure mode of the rubber bearings with the new production process achieved 100%R. The problem of the debonding between rubber and metal was resolved. The bonding properties and the durability of the rubber bearings were improved.
