中文摘要:
      考察了冷冻法废轮胎胶粉粒径和用量对丁苯橡胶(SBR)性能的影响。结果表明,添加冷冻法胶粉后胶料的焦烧时间、工艺正硫化时间明显缩短,最低扭矩逐渐增加,最高扭矩呈降低趋势;门尼粘度随着胶粉用量的增加而逐渐增加,胶粉粒径对其影响不大;随着胶粉用量的增加,硫化橡胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率逐渐降低,撕裂强度变化不大,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、阿克隆磨耗量逐渐增加,加入冷冻法胶粉后,硫化胶的储能模量明显增加,损耗因子增加。
英文摘要:
      The effect of particle size and amount of cryogenic crumb tire powder on the properties of SBR compound were investigated. The results showed that the cryogenic crumb tire powder is shortened the scorch time (ts1) and curing time (tc90). With the increase of cryogenic crumb tire powder load, the ML increased and the MH decreased slightly; the Mooney viscosity increased with the increase of cryogenic crumb tire powder load, and the particle size has no influence on the Mooney viscosity of SBR compound; With the increase of cryogenic crumb tire powder load, the rensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizates decreased, tear strength has not changed, modulus at 100% and modulus at 300% increased slightly, the G′ increased obviously, tanδ increased.
