      RCTVLM橡胶彩色电视显微镜系统和DISPER GRADER 1000型炭黑分散度仪均是根据光反射原理,用显微照相法测定炭黑分散度的。通过测试结果的分析和比较得出,对于未加硫黄和促进剂的混炼胶和硫化胶的炭黑分散度等级,其测定结果基本准确;对于加入硫黄和促进剂的混炼胶的炭黑分散度等级,由于硫黄和促进剂的干扰,其测定结果不太准确。
英文摘要:
      The carbon black dispersity was determined by the microscopic photography on RCTV LM rubber colour television microscopy system and DISPER GRADER 1000 carbon black dispersity tester based on the light reflect ion principle.It was found from the analysis and comparison of the test results that the test results of carbon black dispersity grades for the mixes without sulfur and accelerator were basically correct;and those for the mixes with sulfur and accelerator were not so correct because of the interference of sulfur and accelerator.
