      研究端羟基聚丁二烯/聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体的配方。探讨游离——NCO含量、以N,N-二(2-羟丙基)苯胺(Isonol C-100)为扩链剂时,扩链系数以及端羟基聚丁二烯/聚四氢呋喃并用比等对弹性体力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,游离——NCO含量为8.5%,扩链系数为0.89时,弹性体的综合性能优良;端羟基聚丁二烯/聚四氢呋喃并用比减小时,能改善弹性体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。电子显微镜观察证明弹性体中呈现明显的软段相区和硬段相区。
英文摘要:
      The formula of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)/polytetrahy-drofuran(PTHF)polyurethane elastomers was studied.The influence of the free ——NCO content,the chain extend coefficient with N,N-di(2-hydroxy propyl) aniline chain extender,and the ratio of HTPB/PTHF on the physical properties of elastomers was investigated.The test results showed that the good balanced properties of elastomers were obtained when the free ——NCO content was 8.5% and the chain extend coefficient was 0.89;the improved tensile strength and tear strength of elastomers were obtained as the ratio of HTPB/PTHF decreased.It was showed by electron microscope that the remarkable soft blocks and hard blocks existed in the elastomers.
