中文摘要:
      以12R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮为例,研究无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶软质胶与硬质胶体积比和组成结构对胎圈耐久性能的影响。结果表明:三角胶软质胶/硬质胶体积比为3∶1时,胎体帘布端点的应变化能较小,胎圈耐久性能较好。
英文摘要:
      In this study, based on 12R22.5 tubeless TBR tire, the influence of composition and structure of bead filler on the endurance performance of tire was studied. The experimental test results showed that when the volume ratio of soft compound and hard compound of the bead filler was 3:1, the SENER at the endpoint of carcass ply was low and the endurance performance of tire was better.
