      制备溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)/聚酰胺(PA)热塑性硫化胶(TPV)薄膜(简称TPV薄膜),对TPV薄膜的拉伸性能、耐热空气老化性能、气体阻隔性能、耐伸张疲劳性能和微观形貌等进行研究,并与传统轮胎橡胶(BIIR)气密层胶料进行对比。结果表明,TPV薄膜用作轮胎气密层材料,比橡胶气密层胶料具有更优异的耐热空气老化性能、气体阻隔性能、耐伸张疲劳性能等,其气密层厚度不到橡胶气密层厚度的10%,是一种理想的轮胎轻量化材料。
英文摘要:
      Brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)/polyamide(PA) thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) film(referred to as TPV film) was prepared.The tensile properties,heat air aging resistance,gas barrier performance,tensile fatigue resistance and microstructure of the TPV film were studied,and compared with those of traditional tire rubber(BIIR) innerliner compound.The results showed that TPV film used as a tire innerliner material had better heat air aging resistance,gas barrier performance and tensile fatigue resistance than those of rubber innerliner compound.Its innerliner thickness was less than 10% of the rubber innerliner thickness,which was an ideal lightweight material for tire.
