      对库存O形密封圈(简称O形圈)进行基于热应力的加速老化试验与存储寿命预测。结合O形圈特点,选取拉断伸长率作为关键指标,根据多温度下拉断伸长率随时间的变化趋势,计算材料的活化能,进而预测O形圈的存储寿命。3种O形圈存储寿命预测值与实际存放情况吻合,证明方法有效。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the heat aging test of O-ring was carried out using thermal stress and its storage life was predicted.Based on the characteristics of O-ring,elongation at break was selected as the key index of the aging process.According to elongation at break at different temperature, the activation energy was calculated and the storage life was predicted.The predicted storage lives of three kinds of O-rings were in good agreement with the test results from practical storage,indicating the method was effective.
