      研究炭黑品种和用量对NBR/氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)并用胶硫化特性、动态力学性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,炭黑粒径越小,结构性越高,在NBR/CM并用胶中形成的填料网络越完善,Payne效应越强,60份炭黑N550填充的NBR/CM并用胶综合性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the type and addition level of carbon black on the curing behavior,dynamic properties and physical properties of NBR/CM blend were investigated.The results showed that,with smaller particle size and higher structure of carbon black,the filler network in blend was better and the Payne effect was stronger.Better the filler network of blend and the stronger the Payne effect,the better comprehensive properties of NBR/CM blend could be obtained by adding 60 phr carbon black N550.
