      采用大型非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc/Mentat 2005对帆布芯输送带硫化过程热传导进行模拟。模拟结果表明,随着硫化时间的延长,输送带断面各节点间温度梯度减小;达到一定硫化时间后,各节点间温度梯度均为零,此时硫化导热达到平衡状态。根据模拟结果可计算出输送带各部位均达到正硫化状态时的等效硫化时间,从而为输送带硫化工艺确定提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The non-linear FEA software MSC.Marc/Mentat 2005 was employed to simulate the heat conduction in the vulcanization process of canvas conveyor belt.The simulation results showed that,as the curing time extended,the temperature gradient between the nodes of the conveyor belt section was reduced;when the curing time reached certain value,the temperature gradient became zero,and the heat conduction reached equilibrium state.According to the simulation results,the equivalent vulcanization time,when each part of the conveyor belt reached optimum cure,could be calculated.The calculated results provided reference for the vulcanization technology of conveyor belt.
