      试验研究老化时间对不同硫化体系的NR胶料交联密度和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,3种硫化体系胶料的t10t90MH由大到小依次为:普通硫化体系(CV)、半有效硫化体系(SEV)、有效硫化体系(EV)。随着老化时间的延长,3种硫化体系胶料的交联密度总体呈增大趋势;硫化胶的损耗因子在高弹区呈减小趋势;CV体系硫化胶的储能模量(E')增大,SEV和EV体系硫化胶的E'先增大后减小。
英文摘要:
      The influence of aging time on the crosslink density and dynamic properties of NR compound with different curing systems was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,the orders oft10t90 and MH of NR compound with different curing systems were as follows:conventional vulcanization(CV) system>semi efficient vulcanization(SEV) system>efficient vulcanization(EV) system.As the aging time extended,the crosslink density of NR compound generally increased;tanδ of vulcanizate in rubbery plateau zone tended to decrease;and the storage modulus(E') of NR compound with CV system increased,but E' of NR compound with SEV and EV systems increased at first and then decreased.
