      采用双螺杆挤出机制备茂金属聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究螺杆转速和硫化温度对TPV微观结构和物理性能的影响。结果表明,POE/PP TPV中POE为分散相,PP为连续相;当挤出机螺杆转速为400 r·min-1、硫化温度为190~200 ℃时,TPV的综合物理性能良好。
英文摘要:
      The POE/PP thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) was prepared by using twin screw extruder,and the effects of screw rotation speed and curing temperature on the microstructure and properties of POE/PP TPV were investigated.The results showed that,the POE was the dispersed phase and the PP was the continuous phase in the POE/PP TPV;as the screw rotation speed was 400 r·min-1 and the curing temperature was 190~200 ℃,the better comprehensive physical properties of TPV were obtained.
