采用共沉淀法和喷雾干燥法相结合经高温煅烧制备纳米级氧化钆,通过与NBR共混制备纳米氧化钆/NBR复合材料,并对其形态结构和屏蔽性能进行分析研究。结果表明,采用共沉淀和喷雾干燥法相结合制备的纳米氧化钆粒子为立方晶型,粒径约为100 nm;纳米氧化钆/NBR复合材料中的纳米氧化钆粒径为100~500 nm,屏蔽性能在管电压为110 kV时出现峰值。 |

Gadolinium oxide nanoparticles(nano-Gd2O3) were prepared by calcining the precursor from coprecipitation and spray drying method,and the morphological structure and shielding property of nano-Gd2O3/NBR composites were studied.The results showed that,the cubic Gd2O3 particles with the size about 100 nm were obtained;the size of Gd2O3 particles in the Gd2O3/NBR composite was almost from 100 nm to 500 nm;and the shielding property of the composite increased to the peak value as the testing tube voltage was 110 kV. |
