| 以385/55R22.5规格为例，介绍45～55系列高性能宽基无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的研制。结构设计：外直径 995 mm，断面宽 382.2 mm，行驶面宽度 302 mm，弧度高 10.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.05，采用HN809胎面花纹，花纹深度 15 mm，花纹饱和度 78.8%，花纹周节数 60；施工设计：胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层选用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线，3#和0°带束层分别选用5×0.30HI和3×7×0.20钢丝帘线，钢丝圈采用Ф1.65 mm镀青铜回火胎圈钢丝；配方设计：胎侧胶生胶体系采用NR/BR并用，防护体系采用防老剂6PPD/DTPD/RD和微晶蜡并用，胎面胶生胶体系采用全NR，补强体系采用细粒子炭黑/白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂并用。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能、高速性能和强度性能符合相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

| With 385/55R22.5 as an example，the development of 45～55 series high performance wide base tubeless TBR tires was described.For structure design，the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 995 mm，cross-sectional width 382.2 mm，width of running surface 302 mm，arc height of running surface 10.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 1.05，and using HN809 tread pattern，pattern depth 15 mm，block/groove ratio 78.8%，number of pattern pitch 60.For construction design，using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass，3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，5×0.30HI and 3×7×0.20 steel cord for 3# and 0° belt respectively，Φ1.65 mm bronze plating tempering bead wire.In the formulation，using NR/BR blend，antioxidant 6PPD/DTPD/RD and crystallite olefin in sidewall compound；using NR and granule black/silica and silane coupling agent in tread compound.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the overall dimension，endurance，high speed performance and strength reached the requirements of design and national standards. |
