对氧化锌和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)原位生成甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)补强聚烯烃弹性体(POE)进行研究。结果表明,原位生成ZDMA对POE具有良好的补强作用;当硫化剂DCP用量为2份、ZDMA理论生成量为30~40份、氧化锌/MAA摩尔比为0.75时,POE的综合物理性能较好。 |

The reinforcement of POE by zinc dimethacrylate(ZDMA) in situ prepared by reaction of zinc oxide(ZnO) and methacrylic acid(MAA) was investigated.The results showed that,the in situ prepared ZDMA gave good reinforcement on POE;when the addition level of DCP was 2 phr, the theoretical yield of ZDMA was 30~40 phr,and the ZnO/MAA molar ratio was 0.75, the POE had good comprehensive physical properties. |
