      研究NBR中丙烯腈含量对受阻酚AO-60/NBR复合材料物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,受阻酚AO-60与丙烯腈质量分数为0.41的NBR相容性较差,而与丙烯腈质量分数为0.34和0.26的NBR相容性较好,与NBR硫化胶相比,受阻酚AO-60/NBR复合材料的tanδ峰值和阻尼峰面积增大,当NBR丙烯腈质量分数为0.34和0.26时,复合材料阻尼性能提高更为显著,受阻酚AO-60可显著提高丙烯腈质量分数为0.34的NBR硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the acrylonitrile content in NBR on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of hindered phenol AO-60/NBR composite was investigated.The results showed that,the hindered phenol AO-60 had poor compatibility with NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.41,but had good compatibility with NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 or 0.26,the peak value of tanδ and tanδ peak area of hindered phenol AO-60/NBR composite increased when compared with those of NBR vulcanizate,when the mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 or 0.26,the damping property of the composite was improved more significantly,the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanized NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 increased significantly when the hindered phenol AO-60 was added. 
