      研究湿热老化对锰锌铁氧体/硅橡胶复合材料交联密度、吸湿性能、物理性能、电性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着湿热老化时间延长,锰锌铁氧体/硅橡胶复合材料的交联密度、吸水率增大,邵尔A型硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度基本呈逐渐升高趋势,拉断伸长率呈降低趋势,表面电阻、体积电阻率和介电强度呈下降趋势,介电损耗因子增大,复相对介电常数先减小后突然增大;热稳定性在湿热老化初期降幅略大,在湿热老化后期下降较平缓。
英文摘要:
      The influence of hydrothermal aging on the crosslink density,water absorption,physical properties,electrical properties and thermal stability of silicone rubber/manganese-zinc ferrite composites was investigated.The results showed that,as the hydrothermal aging time was prolonged,the crosslink density and water absorption increased,Shore A hardness,the modulus at 100% elongation and tensile strength increased,elongation at break decreased,surface resistivity,volume resistivity and dielectric strength decreased,dissipation factor increased,complex permittivity decreased and then increased,thermal stability decreased quickly at the initial stage of hydrothermal aging,but decreased only a little more at the later stage.
